Telling us your phone model and roughly when the problem happened saves a round trip, but do not worry if you cannot.
If somebody in a squad has an offensive picture or name, you do not need to email us. Press and hold their picture in the challenge and choose Report. Their picture, name and progress are hidden from you immediately, and the report reaches us. If you host the challenge you can also remove them, and a removed person cannot rejoin using the link they had.
We look at every report and aim to deal with it within 24 hours. Writing to support@earno-app.com works too if you would rather.
Profile, then Privacy and data, then Delete my account and all data. It removes what is on the device and the backup held for your account. It does not cancel a subscription: cancel that in your store account, because only the store can.
No longer have the app installed? Ask us to delete your account.
Earno Pro is billed by Apple, not by us, so we never see your card and we cannot issue refunds. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings; refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restoring a purchase on a new phone: open the Pro screen and choose Restore.
Earno signs you in with a six-digit code by email rather than a password, so there is nothing to forget or reset. If the code has not arrived, check the spam folder and that the address is the one you signed up with.
You can also use Earno with no account at all. Everything stays on your phone, and nothing syncs.
